When she’s not here helping clients, she’s out camping, chasing after her German Shepherd Rick, or spending time with her husband and two daughters (iced coffee in hand, of course). What does she love most about the E Team? The way E treats everyone like family—it’s more than just a job!

Margaret Banta is a SUPER legal assistance at E Eric Guirard Injury Lawyers! She grew up in Baton Rouge and is a proud Zachary High School alum! Margaret joined us in November 2023 for a change of pace and opportunity for growth in a fast-moving field. If she could choose a superpower, it’d be teleportation—because who wouldn’t want to get things done in a flash?!
